Facts

A symbol with several parts such as G, Square and Compass

Like so many other symbols, it symbolizes duality. Duality is like in the eden about the tree that gave us knowledge of good and evil. Black and white, blue and red, dark and light, feminine and masculine. That is what duality symbolizes. The same thing with the tree of life with the three pillars where the left is darkness, the right is light and the one in the middle symbolizes balance between these. For those who follow the mystery school believe that there must be two sides. An example was during the Cold War between the West and the East, which today has become more between the West and the Middle East, but in recent years has returned to the West and the East.

G: Genesis, symbolizes creation and has connections to mundane eggs. Because G is a symbol for the creation when everything came into being or as they call it today the big bang. Then the universe and everything was created or the origin of Genesis.

Compass: is actually an upward pointing triangle that symbolizes the good. With the color red.

Square: symbolizes a downward pointing triangle which in turn is evil. With the color blue.

Together, these two symbols, the square and the compass become a hexagram, the symbol often used in magic.

G is one of several symbols for creation. Or which in this case is the same as the big bang which many believe is something that scientists have come up with as an idea of how creation took place. But the big bang is, like so much else, something that has its origins in religion.
